Registrations are closed

Thank you for registering for the Strong Girls, Strong Women Leadership Conference! Registration opens at 8:00 AM and the conference will end at 1:30 PM. We look forward to seeing you on Saturday, May 3, 2014. Your registration is FREE, only your RSVP is required. Please consider bringing a donation: Bring a new, unopened toiletry item (toothpaste/brush, deodorant, soap, etc.) and we’ll make sure it gets to Gifts for Teens! Donation baskets will be located at registration on May 3. Did you know that a 2013 study identified over 1200 unaccompanied homeless youth (including both youth under age 18 and young adults 18 – 24 years old)? This Point-in-Time count represents 17% of the homeless population in Santa Clara County! Gifts for Teens is an AAUW-San Jose (American Association of University Women) project that provides holiday gift bags to low-income, at risk teens. Teens are often forgotten members of our community and this project provides those in need with new items (toiletries, clothes, school supplies) that they need as well as holiday gifts for their enjoyment.
